David Arquette (d. 8 Eylül 1971) Amerikalı oyuncu, film yönetmeni, yapımcı, senarist ve moda tasarımcısı. 1990'ların ortalarında Çığlık (Scream) serisi, Wild Bild ve Buffy the Vampire Slayer filmleriyle ünlenmiştir. Pek çok televizyon programında da yer almıştır.

Oyunculuk kariyerinin dışında Arquette 2000'de profesyonel güreşe başlamış ve World Championship Wrestling (WCW)'ye katılmıştır.
