Miramax Films, Harvey ve Bob Weinstein kardeşler tarafından 1979'da New York, ABD'de kurulmuş olan film yapım şirketidir.

1993 yılında The Walt Disney Company tarafından satın alınıncaya kadar önemli bağımsız filmler üretmiştir. Şirketin önemli başarı yakalamış filmleri arasında Scandal, sex, lies, and videotape, Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!, The Crying Game,My Left Foot, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, The English Patient, Heavenly Creatures ve Shakespeare in Love vardır. 28 Ocak 2010 tarihinde The Walt Disney Company tarafından kapatılmıştır. 1 Mart 2016 tarihinde beIN Media Group Miramax'ı satın aldığını duyurmuştur.
